Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Assistant Manager of Inside Sales to oversee customer inbound activities, daily operations, and drive accountability for team performance in a fast-growing market.

You will lead a customer-first, sales-driven team, implement disciplined sales processes, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize revenue and customer experience across the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer service and/or sales; 1+ leadership in a call center.
• Call center, sales, hospitality or similar fields preferred; Direct-to-Consumer business model a plus.
• EV automotive customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate sales team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the inside sales team, fostering high performance and accountability.
• Clearly communicate goals to teams, linking them to customer satisfaction, revenue, and employee performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer preferences and inventory management.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, product knowledge, and sales support.
• Implement and enforce disciplined sales cycle processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor local market trends and report on business dynamics across cohorts.
