Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead the inside sales team (IAM, BDM, LQS) and drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts. The role requires strategic leadership, coaching, and a data-driven approach to improve sales processes.

The successful candidate will partner with marketing, outside sales, product development, supply chain and customer services to ensure cohesive efforts and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Strong background in account development and new business development.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment such as electric motors, gear reducers, motor controls and/or generators is required.
• Demonstrated success in leadership.
• Proven ability to motivate people and drive consistent positive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, motivate, train, and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance their skills, product knowledge and performance.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Set clear sales targets and performance metrics, monitor team performance, and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with sales goals.
• Utilize sales analytics, phone data and CRM activities to track performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance sales processes.
• Work closely with marketing, outside sales, product development, supply chain and customer services teams to ensure cohesive sales efforts and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure current processes are in place that results in a best-in-class customer experience.
