You will coach, monitor performance, and optimize order-entry and pricing processes, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product and Leadership to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of order management, pricing strategies, and sales operations.
• Experience managing a team in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and enforce Sales Center expectations and goals.
