Job summary

Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive direct customer sales and support revenue growth through remote account management, lead qualification and pipeline development. The position is based at our Headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas.

Responsibilities include collaboration with Product Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Credit teams, market intelligence gathering, and developing new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Aptitude for sales and problem solving.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer relationships through proactive engagement.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Legal, and Credit teams.
• Position CPChem as a value-added partner for customers and develop solutions.
• Grow accounts by increasing share, cross-selling and expanding product use.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular pipeline reporting.
