Job summary

ADP is seeking a Lead Generation Sales Representative in Milford, CT to respond to inbound leads, qualify prospects, and perform targeted cold calls. You’ll educate clients on ADP products and work within a metrics-driven call center to drive QSOs and pipeline, supported by industry-leading sales training.

Expect comprehensive onboarding and ongoing development in a collaborative, fast-paced environment at a Fortune 250 company known for stability and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

College degree is helpful but not required.
Strong interest in building a career in sales.
Proficiency with PC and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

Generate qualified sales opportunities (QSOs) based on criteria defined by the sales team.
Reach or exceed daily quotas for dials, conversations, talk time and QSO production.
Follow processes and use tools such as Salesforce.com, Eloqua, Contractual, and referral systems.
Nurture cooperative relationships with ADP sales teams.
Support Inside Sales and assist in the closing process.
