Job summary

ADP is seeking a Lead Generation Sales Representative to respond to inbound leads, perform cold calls, qualify prospects, and educate clients on ADP products. You will work with a range of clients from small businesses to multinational corporations, supported by top-tier training and technology.

You’ll operate in a structured, metrics-driven call center, collaborating with ADP sales teams and using Salesforce.com, Eloqua, and related tools to drive QSOs and progress deals in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Inbound/outbound sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven call center environment.
• Proficiency in PC and web-based applications.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate QSOs based on defined criteria.
• Meet or exceed daily dials, conversations, talk time and QSO quotas.
• Nurture relationships with ADP sales teams and support closing processes.
• Use CRM tools to track prospects and campaign effectiveness.
