Responsibilities

• Grow counter traffic and local service area sales.
• Drive inside sales via upselling, cross-selling, and quotes.
• Coordinate with outside sales, vendors, and warehouse for orders.
• Provide product guidance and support the sales process.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and convert to orders.
• Enter and process sales and purchase orders; track deliveries.
• Handle returns and maintain regular customer contact.
• Identify new sales opportunities and mentor junior staff.
