This position focuses on managing customer accounts, providing product information, and processing orders. Candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a background in sales or customer service, preferably in HVAC. Formación

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or HVAC distribution is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and offering product recommendations.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support outside sales representatives by preparing quotes and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in outbound communications to drive profitable sales growth.
• Proactively grow revenue within assigned accounts.
