Responsibilities

• Spend the majority of the day making outbound calls and some inbound calls.
• Lead the office inside-sales efforts.
• Schedule the highest priority opportunities (commission linked).
• Respond to inbound leads in under 1 minute (commission linked).
• Outbound calling to rehash unsold estimates/appointments (commission linked).
• Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and office staff.
• Enter and manage information in company systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service over the phone.
