Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Microsoft Cloud Billing & Operations Specialist to act as the billing and contract SME for CSP agreements. You will collaborate with Microsoft, sales, and accounting to onboard agreements, manage subscriptions, and resolve billing issues for customers and partners.

You’ll post CSP templates, support onboarding in Partner Center, and ensure accurate invoicing while working with internal teams to optimize processes and license provisioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• 1–3 years in a similar role with billing and subscription management.
• Ability to travel up to 15% and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Post, maintain, and update CSP templates and customer data accurately.
• Assist onboarding and subscription management in Microsoft Partner Center.
• Process monthly orders and resolve billing issues to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate with Contracts, Service Desk, WebAdmin, and AX teams to improve processes.
• Prepare customer communications and manage license provisioning and transfers.
• Identify automation opportunities and report workflow compliance.
