Job summary

LeadingIT, Manteno, IL, is seeking a Client Success Specialist to own procurement, licensing, renewals and vendor coordination. You will support the vCIO team by ensuring timely recommendations and clear client communication from request through deployment.

You will coordinate hardware/software orders, track quotes, manage warranties, review licensing usage, and assist with renewals and cost changes. Strong organization and proactive follow-up are essential to keep projects on track and clients

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in client success or procurement roles.
• Familiarity with hardware procurement and software licensing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Procure hardware and software and process lifecycle requests.
• Track quotes, approvals, and manage procurement opportunities.
• Renewals coordination for licensing and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure equipment readiness and timely deployments.
• Maintain procurement records and communicate updates to clients.
