SHI International Corp. in New Jersey seeks a Microsoft Cloud Billing & Operations Specialist to be the contract and financial SME for CSP agreements.

You will collaborate with Microsoft, internal sales, and accounting to onboard the agreement, manage subscriptions, process billing orders, and resolve billing issues for our customers and partners. You will post CSP templates, support onboarding in Partner Center, manage licenses and entitlements, and coordinate with Contracts, Service Desk, and

Qualifikationen

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to travel ~15% and work flexible hours.
• Willingness to maintain Partner Certifications throughout employment.

Aufgaben

• Ensure accurate posting, maintenance, and updates of CSP templates and customer data.
• Assist onboarding and ongoing subscription management in Microsoft Partner Center.
• Generate and track customer signature forms and welcome communications.
• Handle Reseller and GDAP requests and establish proper tenant relationships.
• Provision licenses and manage entitlements for customer agreements.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Service Desk, WebAdmin, AX, and other teams to improve processes.
• Respond to inquiries on terms, billing, licensing, and account transfers.
• Maintain billing tables, process monthly orders, and resolve payment disputes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements.
• Report workflow compliance and support evolving customer needs.
