Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Office and Group Sales Managers in achieving the department’s long-term goals. You will handle daily client service, manage inquiries from direct bookings and groups, and act as an inside sales liaison during the absence of the sales representative.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; two years in hotel customer service; strong communication skills and the ability to work independently; proficient with Word, Excel and Delphi;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two years’ experience in customer service in a hotel environment.
• Must communicate clearly in writing and speaking.
• Ability to work independently and manage accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and their guests, including direct and group bookings.
• Maintain visibility and integrity of the department throughout the resort, promoting mutual cooperation to deliver promised service.
• Develop trusting, long-term relationships with accounts.
