Montage International is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Office and Group Sales Managers. The role emphasizes daily client service for guests, third-party and direct bookings, ensuring service levels meet hotel standards and group needs.

You will build strong relationships with accounts, assist in travel and trade shows, and act as an inside sales liaison when the sales representative is unavailable, requiring solid communication and hotel operations experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years’ experience in customer service in a hotel environment.
• Able to read and write and communicate clearly in the workplace.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Delphi for accounting and communications tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and their guests, third party and direct bookings.
• Maintain visibility and integrity of the department throughout the resort promoting mutual cooperation in assuring our clients are delivered the service as promised.
• Develop a trusting and long term relationship with our accounts.
• Support Sales initiatives across the Sales Office including daily client service, acting as an inside sales contact and liaison.
• Assist in the preparation for travel and tradeshows.
