Montage International is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Washington, DC to support the Sales Office and Group Sales Managers in achieving department goals. The role emphasizes client service, relationship building, and coordination with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in hotel customer service, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Proficiency with Delphi, Excel, and Word is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years' experience in customer service in a hotel environment.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, third party and direct bookings.
• Maintain visibility and integrity of the department throughout the resort.
• Develop a trusting and long term relationship with accounts.
• Assist with group leads in the absence of the sales representative.
• Assist in the preparation for travel and tradeshows.
