Job summary

Montage International in Park City, Utah, seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Office and Group Sales Managers. You will deliver exceptional service to clients, coordinate with guests and third parties, and help maintain the department’s visibility and integrity within the resort.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in customer service in a hotel environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Able to read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients, guests, third party and direct bookings.
• Maintain visibility and integrity of our department within the resort promoting mutual cooperation in assuring our clients are delivered the service as promised.
• Develop a trusting and long term relationship with our accounts.
• Support Sales initiatives across the Sales Office including daily client service, acting as an “inside sales” contact and liaison handling assisting with group leads in the absence of the sales representative when out of office or traveling.
• Assist in the preparation for travel and tradeshows.
