A leading flooring company in New York is seeking an Account Manager (Inside Sales) to build relationships and drive sales growth. This role focuses on cultivating connections with trade professionals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma, exceptional customer service skills, and a tech-savvy mindset. In addition to a base salary of $41,000 - $45,000, potential bonuses can elevate earnings to $55-65K in the first year. Join the team for a dynamic work environment and competitive pay.

Formación

• Your educational background provides a strong foundation.
• You excel in delivering top-night service and presentations.
• Both your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch.
• Experience in wholesale sales, flooring, or kitchen & bath is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good grasp of technology is necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Build and nurture strong connections with current Trade Pro Members.
• Proactively reach out to trade professionals who aren’t yet with ProSource.
• Ask insightful questions to grasp business goals and current projects.
• Consistently provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate information.
• Show urgency and motivation to meet and exceed targets.
• Build strong partnerships with the showroom team.
• Approach your role with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
