Topaz HR seeks an Inside Sales Representative to promote flooring products across New Jersey. The role requires meeting with customers in-person, developing new business, and building lasting partnerships while representing a growing flooring distribution company.

The candidate will prospect opportunities, visit sites, present products, and support ongoing growth with a customer-focused approach. This in-office position offers a competitive base salary with commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in flooring, building materials, or related industry preferred.
• Must be able to travel regularly within assigned territories.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities with flooring contractors, installers, retailers, and other potential customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct in-person sales visits, product presentations, and demonstrations of flooring products and related materials.
