Job summary

Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, is hiring an Inside fastener sales representative in Sioux Falls, SD. You will collaborate with outside sales Reps and customers to source products, generate quotes and process orders that meet customer needs.

You will use supplier sites and the internet to source non-stock items, follow up on open orders, and ensure customer satisfaction while supporting marketing events and inventory coordination. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source quotes and process orders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist Outside Sales Reps with quotes and orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up.
• Source new suppliers and products via internet.
• Review open orders for supply chain issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock transfers.
• Process incoming orders via mobile, email, phone, text.
• Provide product recommendations.
• Support marketing events.
• Communicate Echo divisions to customers.
• Submit expense records in a timely manner.
• Inform Warehouse Manager of inventory discrepancies.
