Job summary

Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand and a leading electrical distributor, seeks an Inside fastener sales representative to support outside sales and customers. You will source non-stock items, generate quotes, and process orders to meet customer needs. Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm.

Join a growing team in a role with strong customer focus and cross-functional collaboration. You will use internet catalogs and supplier sites to find products, follow up on orders, and provide recommendations to fit

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems.
• 2-3 years of B2B sales or related product experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist outside sales reps with quotes and orders and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide high level customer service and timely follow-up.
• Source new suppliers and products using the internet and catalogs.
• Review open orders for potential supply chain issues.
• Coordinate inventory transfers and communicate needs to purchasing.
• Process incoming orders via multiple channels and provide solutions.
