Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, is hiring a Counter Sales Representative in Sioux City, IA. You will assist customers, process orders in ERP, manage stock, and support warehouse tasks while building customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in electrical industry preferred (1+ year).
• Proficient use of ERP software for order handling and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software.
• Track and fulfill sales orders; create documentation; follow up calls.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Keep product knowledge up to date and request stock as needed.
• Arrange and organize POS displays and shelves for visibility.
• Monitor inventory, rotate stock, and replenish merchandise.
• Ensure accurate pricing, labels, and promotional signage.
• Foster positive, safe, and clean work environment.
