Job summary

Posit is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive expansion revenue within our existing customer base, partnering with Account Managers to upsell and cross-sell and to qualify and close opportunities.

You will collaborate across product, customer success, and leadership, shadowing senior reps, logging activity in Salesforce, and building a repeatable playbook. We offer strong benefits and a fast-paced, learning culture.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in software sales - both sourcing and closing - as an Inside Sales Rep or Account Executive/Manager.
• Strong interest in inside sales, CRM, and enterprise data/software.
• Track record of qualifying interest and leading discovery to meet customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, coachable mindset with work ethic and positivity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers on existing accounts to generate expansion pipeline for upsell/cross-sell.
• Qualify, advance, and close opportunities that deliver measurable revenue.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to accelerate ramp and alignment.
• Shadow and support senior reps on presentations and demos.
