Job summary

Shift4 Payments, LLC is hiring Inside Sales Account Executives for our Westlake Village, CA team. The role blends inbound lead management with proactive follow-up to sell POS and payment processing solutions to small and mid-sized business owners, including restaurants.

You will conduct discovery calls, deliver demos, prepare proposals, and maintain a robust Salesforce pipeline. A fast-paced, collaborative office environment with 4 days in office per week is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inside sales, SaaS, or merchant services experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads from business owners and operators.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify needs and goals.
• Deliver persuasive phone or video demos highlighting POS capabilities.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and pricing packages.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with deployment and support teams to onboard new clients and meet monthly quotas.
