Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Commerce, Engineering
• 2–5 years inside sales or sales coordination experience
• Experience with RFQs and purchase orders
• CRM/ERP or SharePoint experience is an advantage
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Teams and email
• Experience with industrial products is preferred

Aufgaben

• Receive and process customer inquiries, RFQs, and purchase requirements.
• Coordinate with estimation, engineering and manufacturing for pricing, delivery times, and information.
• Prepare and submit quotations to customers and maintain tracker.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and support order conversions.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, logistics, finance and sales teams.
• Monitor order status and communicate delivery updates to customers.
