Precision Pump & Valve (PPV) in Midland, TX is seeking an organized Inside Sales Representative to drive the sales cycle for safety relief and control valves, processing quotes and orders via phone, email, and ERP systems.

You will qualify leads, support outside sales on key accounts, and help keep warehouse inventory accurate, serving Permian Basin oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial customers.

Formación

• 3+ years of inside sales or account management with a proven close rate.
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport daily.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Make a high volume of outbound calls and qualify leads.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and manage quotes in ERP.
• Support outside sales on key accounts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Develop relationships with oil & gas and industrial customers in Permian Basin.
