• Minimum 2–5 years in an engineering/technical role within an industrial setting or equivalent sales experience.
• BS degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; HS diploma with relevant experience considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively; valid driver's license; vehicle available for calls.
• Background checks and compliance with Bray's policies.

Responsabilidades

• Territory and customer management: set objectives, goals, and forecasts for the territory.
• Field visits and travel to engage with customers and drive sales.
• Provide technical assistance and educate customers on product applications.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
• Resolve customer disputes with office staff and factory personnel.
• Regularly report on sales activity, market trends, and progress toward goals.
