Power Gen Components LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to support our diverse customer base and drive growth. The role focuses on sales while collaborating with QA, engineering, operations, and suppliers to ensure products meet specs, on budget, and on time.

You will engage in the full product lifecycle from quotation and design support to manufacturing and customer relationship management, travel as needed for visits and trade shows, and developing strategic account plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business.
• 0–2 years of professional work experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product designs, solid models, and manufacturing drawings.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and suppliers to support production and quality requirements.
• Prepare customer quotations and establish product cost estimates.
• Support raw material purchasing through distributors and mill suppliers.
• Develop and execute business plans focused on account growth and key projects.
• Travel as required to support customer visits, account development, and trade shows.
