Addison Group in the Chicago area is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive market expansion for HVAC-R and Electrical/BMS products. This permanent inside sales role focuses on warm and cold outreach, pipeline building, and moving opportunities toward closure while preparing for broader national coverage.

The candidate will take over current accounts, develop new customers, and contribute to a future VP Sales trajectory; on-site with possible hybrid flexibility, travel within the US required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales role involving outbound business development (internship okay).
• Likable and capable of building relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline through warm and cold outreach and qualify opportunities.
• Take over communicating to current in-house accounts and push products to customers.
• Long term potential to evolve into a VP Sales role and build a national sales network.
