Eaton’s North America Sales division is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer within 50 miles of Louisville, TN or Nashville, TN. The role supports management, outside sales engineers and customers, providing technical and commercial solutions across power distribution, protection and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within the electrical industry is required.
• Inside sales experience in the electrical industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret customer needs on plans and specifications.
• Determine the minimum bill of material, most competitive price level and shipment cycle for negotiations.
• Coordinate warranty and non-warranty repairs and returns, including shipping issues or service requests.
• Project manage small to medium projects as needed.
• Establish and maintain the highest possible commercial relations with present and potential customers by applying sales, application engineering, product knowledge and market insights.
