Responsibilities

• Sell assigned product lines to targeted customers in defined market areas.
• Aim to achieve sales goals with little supervision while optimizing volume, mix and margin.
• Coordinate sales for assigned customer and distributor base; manage customer relationships.
• Provide sales and technical assistance to distributors, customers, end users, and specifiers.
• Provide timely information for order entry and escalate quality issues to management.
• Gather and share market intelligence on competitive products, customer needs, and buying trends.
• Support distributor inventories by recommending products and stocking levels.
• Prepare reports and surveys as requested.
• Plan and interpret quotations and technical support.
• Communicate with customers, warehouse, and plants to resolve problems.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity; relay to product divisions.
• Plan promotional events and presentations with distributor personnel to drive sales.
• Prepare and present bids and quotations within company guidelines.
