Job summary

Eaton is seeking a District Support Representative in Nashville, TN. The role oversees daily office operations, field service manpower, engineering, and sales support, while assisting in job scheduling, budgets, and forecasts.

You will provide technical support and develop reports on service work, product performance, and warranties. Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a solid electrical/EESS background, with a valid driver’s license and US work

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED with 5+ years field service experience in electrical distribution and/or control systems; or trade school with 9+ years experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation offered; candidates within 50 miles of the location considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations including field service manpower, engineering and sales support.
• Assist in managing job schedules, backlog, and developing budgets and forecasts.
• Provide technical support to Field Service Representatives and Operations Coordinators.
• Prepare reports on service work, product performance, and warranty liabilities.
