Job summary

Model 1 Commercial Vehicles is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the first contact for potential customers. You will manage high-volume outbound campaigns, field inbound leads, and promote our brand, products, and services.

This role offers growth opportunities within the sales team, including potential relocation to Outside Sales or National Accounts, with training to maximize pipeline and performance.

Qualifications

• Must be an active problem solver.
• Results focused with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and develops relationships with prospective customers from inbound leads and calls to generate new business.
• Makes telephone calls and presentations to prospective customers.
• Develops clear written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Expedites resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Plans and organizes personal sales strategy to maximize ROI.
• Keeps informed on product applications, market conditions, and promotional trends.
• Provides pre- and post-sales support and maintains proposal database.
• Participates in ongoing Sales Performance Improvement training.
