Job summary

SC Johnson Professional is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Charlotte, NC to drive growth across the West Coast customer base by building relationships with distributors and end users. You will nurture new opportunities, manage an established portfolio, and collaborate with field and national sales teams to expand reach.

The role targets a hunter mentality with prospecting, cold calling, and account development, including travel up to 10% and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 1+ year experience prospecting, cold calling via phone and B2B sales experience.
• 1+ year Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: identify, qualify, and schedule appointments with new end user leads from campaigns, inquiries, and events.
• Distribution Management: manage and develop trading relationships within identified distributors to drive growth.
• End User Management: pursue new end users and expand relationships with existing customers to drive SC Johnson Professional products.
