Job summary

Associated Scaffolding in Raleigh, NC seeks an organized Inside Sales/Support Assistant to back the Branch Manager in inside operations, dispatch and retail sales. You will greet customers, process orders, prepare paperwork, and help with invoicing and inventory control.

You will monitor inventory, coordinate equipment returns, dispatch vehicles, and assist with training to build product knowledge. A high school diploma and strong customer service are required, with proficiency in Word, Excel

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service skills; experience is a plus.
Proficiency in basic math and accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous telephone and visitor reception as required.
Assist inside sales: take orders, document paperwork, invoice customers, file paperwork.
Investigate equipment returns and invoice customers.
Assist with all inventory functions within policy and procedures.
Inform Branch Manager of anticipated additional equipment needs.
Dispatch vehicles for timely pickups and deliveries; monitor GPS alerts.
Continually train to improve inside sales knowledge and product knowledge.
Undertake other duties or tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager.
Maintain a stocked and clean showroom/office.
Reconcile and file paperwork daily.
