Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative and project manager to coordinate customer support from quote through delivery.

You will educate customers, interpret project requirements, develop specifications, provide quotes, and obtain contracts and deposits. Post-sale duties include sales order entry, coordinating with technical services, manufacturing and delivery, and managing post-delivery issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years of sales or service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with personal computer and business software.

Responsibilities

• Generate professional project estimates and sales of metal building systems.
• Enter sales orders and coordinate internal resources for timely delivery.
• Manage post-delivery issues including damages, shortages, delays.
• Ensure pricing complies with policies and procedures.
• Serve as primary customer contact and maintain relationships.
• Liaise between customer and company on issues and requests.
• Analyze and report competitive market information.
• Deliver customer-focused activities and services.
