Job summary

Port View Resources is seeking an Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative in Parsippany, NJ. You will manage existing accounts, support new business development, and be the go-to person for product pricing and problem-solving.

Prior experience in tool-related or industrial accounts is a plus, and this is a non-commission-driven role. You will handle account management, quotations, invoicing, and inventory control, while supporting Live Chat and marketing activities;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce CRM, or industrial sales is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of an organization.
• Consultative, problem-solving approach to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts, building relationships with key contacts via phone and email.
• Negotiate prices and contract terms as needed.
• Follow up on inquiries and quotations, keep CRM up to date.
• Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
