Job summary

PNY Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator in Parsippany, NJ to manage day-to-day customer interactions, quotations, and order fulfillment. You will coordinate with internal teams to move orders from quotation through delivery and maintain accurate records.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships, organizing details, and solving issues in a fast-paced environment. Strong ERP and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support, or related role.
• Experience using an ERP system such as Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or a comparable platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, timely customer quotations by coordinating pricing, product availability, and lead times with internal teams.
• Maintain quotation records and follow up on outstanding quotes.
• Support sales and business development teams with customer requests and order-related inquiries.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive service and proactive communication.
• Review and process customer purchase orders, confirming pricing, product configurations, delivery requirements, and terms.
• Enter orders accurately into the ERP system and send order acknowledgments.
• Maintain complete, accurate customer records and order documentation.
• Respond to questions about pricing, order status, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with operations, purchasing, production, assembly, testing, and logistics to fulfill orders.
• Monitor orders throughout production and delivery; identify delays or shortages and address them with internal teams.
• Communicate delivery commitments and changes to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Help prioritize urgent orders and escalate concerns when needed.
• Keep ERP and CRM records accurate and current.
