Responsibilities

• Provide pricing via phone, email, and electronic quotes.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with customers.
• Process orders and returns while maintaining accuracy.
• Support Outside Sales and maintain showroom presentation.
• Keep open orders up-to-date and ensure timely shipments.
• Assist with catalogs, samples and credit applications.
