Responsibilities

• Provide customer pricing through phone, email, and electronic quotes.
• Monitor inventory levels and turnover to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate shipping details to customers.
• Address and resolve customer service issues; track open orders.
• Cultivate relationships with vendors to enhance service quality.
• Assist and support Outside Sales; maintain showroom presentations.
• Pull counter orders and manage inquiries via phone and email.
