Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or related position
• 3+ years in inside sales or similar position
• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate’s degree in business, sales, or related field

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
• Handle walk-in sales and guide customers through product selections
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet demand
• Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers
• Support the Outside Sales team with backend processes and follow-ups
• Maintain a clean showroom and promote featured products
• Address and resolve customer issues professionally
