Job summary

PEER Chain & Sprockets in Waukegan, IL is hiring for Customer Success Management and Sales Development roles. Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service/Inside Sales preferred.
• Must demonstrate professional email/phone communication skills.
• Ability to create reports and metrics.
• Comfortable interacting with all levels from C-Suite to shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with PEER customers to understand needs and challenges.
• Provide excellent customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Process orders and quotes via ERP (NetSuite Oracle).
• Analyze open sales orders and establish ship date schedules.
• Generate daily follow-ups to customers and leads.
• Document industry trends and opportunities in CRM.
• Collaborate with regional sales to develop strategies to exceed targets.
