Surestaff is hiring an Inside Sales Customer Service professional in Elgin, IL to drive new business opportunities and support sales growth through outbound prospecting and superior customer service.

The role requires 1–2 years in inside sales or related fields, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Expect a fast-paced environment with regular outbound activity and order entry responsibilities.

Formación

• 1–2 years of inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Make approximately 75 outbound calls per day to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify potential customers.
• Deliver sales presentations over the phone explaining products, pricing, and services.
• Answer 70–80 calls daily and maintain professional interactions with customers.
• Enter orders accurately and maintain organized sales documentation.
