Job summary

Spang Power Electronics, a division of Spang & Company, seeks a Customer Service/Inside Salesperson in Mentor, OH to support sales and customer service activities. This role handles calls, quotes, orders, and invoicing while coordinating with Sales & Engineering teams.

The position requires a bachelor’s in Business/Marketing and 1+ year experience in customer service or inside sales; ERP knowledge is a plus. Benefits include a strong package and competitive salaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales, especially with industrial customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus; multilingual capability is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and distribute incoming customer calls and sales emails.
• Serve as primary sales channel for direct part number proposals; enter orders and create invoices.
• Follow up on proposals, lead times, order status, and shipments; provide quotes.
• Maintain customer and sales-part records in the ERP system; assist with pricing requests.
