Job summary

Spang Power Electronics, a division of Spang & Company, seeks a Customer Service/Inside Salesperson in Mentor, OH to provide sales support and customer service. The role handles incoming calls, distributes inquiries, processes orders, generates invoices, and follows up on proposals, representing Spang across media channels.

Responsibilities include managing sales emails, reviewing/processing purchase orders, preparing quotations, confirming lead times, tracking status, and maintaining ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably with industrial customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and distribute incoming customer calls and sales emails.
• Enter orders, create invoices, follow up on proposals and orders.
• Prepare sales quotations and confirm product lead times.
