Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to work onsite in Phoenix, NY. This is a Temp-to-Hire role with a pay rate of $20–$23 per hour plus monthly bonus opportunities upon permanent hire.

You will provide responsive customer service to existing and prospective customers, respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain customer records in internal systems. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with a professional, customer‑focused team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer service to existing and prospective customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, assist with product questions, and troubleshoot.
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotes.
• Accurately process sales orders and purchase orders.
• Enter and maintain customer and order information in internal systems.
• Follow up with outside sales representatives and service technicians regarding customer needs.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, specifications, and new product offerings.

What’s a typical day as Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

• Providing responsive and professional customer service to existing and prospective customers
  
• Responding to customer inquiries, assisting with product questions, and troubleshooting
