You will coordinate with internal teams, review pricing for accuracy, handle expedites, and look for upsell opportunities while maintaining a professional, solution-focused tone to support retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience with order management/ERP systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify upsell opportunities and maintain pricing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer order acknowledgements and confirmations.
• Respond to expedite requests, order changes and status inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to support on-time delivery (OTD).
• Monitor open orders and communicate risks or delays.
• Handle customer questions and complaints with urgency and professionalism.
