Job summary

Service Partners is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to act as the primary customer contact at the branch, handling order support and product information for customers. You will collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Customer Service, Credit and Delivery to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a customer service or inside sales role, strong communication skills, and comfortable with basic math.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or inside sales role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Customer Service, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain positive rapport with customers and provide world-class service.
• Process dealer orders and review system-generated acknowledgements.
