Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, in person and over the phone.
• Accurately take and enter customer orders into the system.
• Provide customers with detailed product information, including availability and pricing.
• Process payments and handle transactions efficiently.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with product selection and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
