Job summary

Alto-Shaam, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Operations specialist to join our Wisconsin team. You’ll prepare dealer quotes, support order flow, and answer product and availability questions with smart escalation to specialists as needed.

You’ll coordinate ecommerce product information with Marketing, audit site data, and help maintain pricing compliance. Strong writing, spreadsheet skills, and CRM familiarity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in inside sales, sales operations, customer service, ecommerce, or account coordination.
• Must provide a short writing sample.
• Strong spreadsheet skills including lookups and pivot tables.
• Digital fluency with ecommerce sites and product pages.
• Ability to follow documented processes and improve them.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for dealers and sales reps and turn them around quickly.
• Support order entry, order status, lead times, and ship-date communication.
• Answer product, configuration, and availability questions with escalation when needed.
• Support dealers and Regional Sales Managers across time zones.
• Route larger project opportunities to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Own product information on ecommerce sites and coordinate with Marketing.
• Audit published equipment data and correct inaccuracies.
• Compile monthly digital channel summaries and share insights.
• Review reseller pricing against policy and document findings.
• Maintain compliance logs and assist automation of repetitive tasks.
• Keep CRM trackers, action lists, and due dates current.
• Prepare meeting agendas and chase follow-ups to closure.
• Assist trade show lead capture and routing.
