This onsite role involves heavy phone and internet communication with customers and vendors, entering orders, and managing part numbers and contract files. Responsibilities include quoting, arranging delivery, and resolving delivery issues while collaborating with account managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, solid modeling, welding and fabrication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of industrial hose, gasket and piping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts and conduct day-to-day activities with customers and vendors.
• Enter all sales orders and purchase orders into the system; set up part numbers; manage files.
• Provide value-added solutions; quote prices and credit terms; prepare sales orders.
• Communicate delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries.
